Here are the plans… if you drive by my backyard it may or may not look a little trashy at this point – but, hey, here’s what’s to come 
I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED. The expansion will be made with all natural elements, we thought we’d stick to wood, stone, concrete… I’m calling it, ‘industrial meets a modern woodscape’, I obviously lean towards the modern (DWELL) feel but I love wood, like things to feel warm and inviting. Having said that, we are going to try and keep it as ‘green’ as possible, after all, mother earth is our friend and without her my biz would be in the can, so with all due respect…let me introduce my new space… Can’t even begin to express how long overdue this feels. Don’t get me wrong, I will not become a studio photographer and I will NOT use this 100% of the time but it will be an option in the winter, I can shoot newborns here, clients can come to order and look at products, maybe have a glass of vino, and I get to design a new space, it will be an eclectic masterpiece!!!! Can’t wait to take pics once it’s not a drawing! A few changes/colors are yet to be made to the exterior but today I can finally ‘see’ it. Now, if i could just speed up the next 8 months …
ALL ARCHITECT/DESIGN WORK/EXECUTION of the design is being done by Chris Candelaria and crew – check them out HERE . He also happens to be my neighbor so he can’t escape us and our German Shepard still isn’t so fond of him so we have SOME control left 
He’s been awesome, can’t wait to see it grow…kinda like a fetus, you talk about it, make it, then you have to wait 9 LONG months to live with it. The good thing about this baby is that I don’t have to be in ‘rehab’ (as my friend Libby likes to call pregnancy)… I just get to enjoy the growth without the 30 lb weight gain

I always say that I wouldn't want to be a studio photographer, but I'd love a studio space for exactly the same reasons you listed -- print order pickups, client meetings, etc. It's also a nice place for the winter, definitely!!! Lucky dog. :) I can't wait to see it when it's finished!!!!!!!
