I have to tell you, I was a little nervous flying across the country to capture this little man. Asher’s mom AUDREY contacted me months and months ago and REALLY wanted me to shoot her little guy upon his arrival. I had never been to Atlanta, knew no one in Atlanta, but Audrey was persistant so I thought, ‘well, what the heck, let’s see if we can make this happen..’ A couple blog/Flickr posts later I had a weekend full of work! This shoot, however, was my purpose for being there so I was hoping that everything would fall in to place to make it a great session. It ended up being an AMAZING session. The images are great, Asher was big AND sleepy and for all of the hours I spent with him he barely woke up. More than him being a good model for me, Audrey and her husband Ben were so fun, down to earth, funny, and genuine. I really felt at home with them (they even fed me pizza for lunch!!) I spent a large majority of the day laughing. Can’t ask for a better day of shooting, reminds me of my LOVE for photography. Take a look and see what YOU think…..
