My baby is 5 today….. can’t believe it. LOVE HIM SO SO MUCH….
We had a little surprise b-day party for him last night with his very best friends and he was SO excited!
OH and in typical ‘last minute’ Beth Jansen style I didn’t have 5 candles in the house, had 3, so i was yelling at everyone to grab some random candles from around the house…. so 3 birthday candles and 2 tea light candles. YES, i’m that mom…..but my Ewan doesn’t seem to mind too much!

November 23, 2009 - 11:01 pm - I actually didn't use any other light, there was on overhead light in our dining room and then the candles! Shot at 1.8 and my iso was HIGH b/c it was pitch black out!
November 24, 2009 - 1:06 am - I'll join you in saying I'm 'that kinda mom' too! We should be proud...life isn't perfect. :) BTW, I got some NB hats coming your way. Thanks for being patient! The Mexico pics are beautiful!
