I wanted to share a few more images from my two week trip to Ghana. We traveled from the southern most tip to the very tip of the Northern region, from the coast, to the inner city, to the National Parks to the tiniest of villages. To say we had some amazing/CRAZY adventures is an understatement. I miss it already. The ‘point’ of my trip was to take images for Pambe Ghana, I will be working on a new blog and new website so people can REALLY get a feel for Ghana and where these kids come from. Of course, when you do this type of travel the people you meet change YOU way more than you could possibly help them, but after the past month I was leaning on that potential, it was an amazing lesson in letting go. I am so grateful I was able to make the trek. The school was amazing, the kids beautiful, bright, and full of joy. I can’t wait to decorate the new website with their faces. Please go to Pambe Ghana’s website to read about it and make a donation. In the meantime, enjoy just a fraction of my favorite images….
FIRST task – we are looking for 5 laptops, (they can be used -less than 4 years old ideally), for the teachers of the school. If you know anyone interested in donating a PC (i know, it’s blasphemous for me to even utter the word PC) have them email me or post a comment!
In the fall will be having an art show to purchase prints, coffee table books etc etc… much more to come.
Oh yea, I’m the translucent one in the middle

And what’s a Beth Jansen post without a newborn?!?! This little guy was two days old… the available light was awful but they must have known i was coming, they had him wrapped in some SERIOUS color. xoxoxo…..
