This first shot makes me sigh…. b/c if I was daydreaming about a romantic blissful beach moment it would resemble something like this…. The four after that are just bad A** – all of these guys were college gymnasts…. and most of them have been out of practice for more than a few years…
For the photographer out there, it was DARK, the sun was gone (gone, gone), SO (insert canon sponsor voice over here), My Canon 5D MarkII cranked at an ISO of 4000, a shutter speed of 5000, with my 50 mm shot at f1.8 the shots were all in focus – NOISY, but focused. WHO NEEDS A FLASH?! ![]()

HAD to add one more to prove my point – THIS WAS TRULY HOW DARK IT WAS… and i love this shot, Gabe is a REAL stuntman in CA. So a back flip for him was nothin so I did a few test shots on him…and this is even AFTER he’d had a few cocktails. you rock, gabe.

My wedding party is so much cooler than yours….

December 8, 2009 - 9:34 am - They're all AMAZING, but I'd like to point out that the groom seems to have the highest flip. Although as the bride, perhaps I'm biased...:) Such fun pictures. Good thing you took those early in the evening, though. Could have been a disaster.
